HDPE sheathing ducts.
The sheathing duct forms the channel the tendon runs in. It holds the tendon profile during the pour, keeps concrete out, and keeps the grout in afterwards.
Why corrugated HDPE
TYROS supplies single-wall corrugated (SWC) high-density polyethylene duct. The corrugation gives the duct bending stiffness to hold the tendon profile on its chairs and gives the grout and concrete something to bond to.
Each cone size has one duct size, so the duct always matches the trumpet it connects to. Duct comes in 6 m lengths with push-fit couplers, grout vents and end sealing tape.

SWC 90/106: 90 mm inside diameter, 106 mm outside. The same duct fits 19 AT 13.
What length does the duct come in?

Which standards does the duct follow?
